We are aware of an error message iOS users may see when depositing a check with the TowneBank Mobile Banking app and its interference with your ability to complete your deposit The message is only displayed to users who access the app through the new iOS 16 operating system on their iPhones.
  

Steps You Can Take to Complete Your Deposit

If you are an iPhone users on iOS 16 and you see a message to ‘Rotate your device to continue your deposit.’ with a blurred or fuzzy screen when you attempt to deposit a check in the app, you can hold your device upright and rotate to the right to complete your deposit. The camera will come into focus and the check image can be captured.
