  • The easiest way to make a loan payment is through our Loan Pay service. Make an online payment to your TowneBank loan with a checking or savings account you own at another financial institution. It's easy, secure, and free!

    Ready to make a payment?
    • Log into Towne-Personal or Towne-Biz
    • Navigate to select Loan Pay from the main menu
    • Validate ownership of the external account (this may take 1-2 business days)
    Once your payment account is validated, you can make either one-time or recurring payments.

    If you need to transfer money to or from an account you own at another financial institution to your TowneBank checking or savings account, you can do that using Bank-to-Bank transfers in Towne-Personal or Towne-Biz.

    If you are new to TowneBank loans, please enroll in Towne-Personal Online Banking to use Loan Pay. Your enrollment will be approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved you can log in and schedule a one-time or recurring payment from any eligible account.

  • To wire funds into a TowneBank account, use the routing number: 051408949

    Domestic wires allow you to send or accept money to and from most financial institutions; within the United States.  International Wires allow you to send or accept money to and from most financial institutions outside the United States.

    Written authorization is required to send both domestic and international wires; fax in the wire transfer form or visit the nearest TowneBank location. Please review our current wire transfer fees listed on our Schedule of Fees.
  • An ACH is similar to a wire transfer, only it uses a batch-process. Transactions received by the bank are processed and funds are not available in the beneficiary account until the effective date.

    A wire transfer is a real-time method of transferring immediate funds and supporting information between two financial institutions.

    • Log in to Business Online Banking
    • Navigate to the Money Movement tab
    • Click Wire
    • Fill in the following information:
    • Wire Type
      Funding Account
      Send Date
      Amount
      Currency Type
    • Click Continue and follow the prompts to complete the wire
