Phishing Attempts for Business IDs

Criminals have spoofed Towne Member Care’s phone number and are contacting business owners via text and phone calls, asking for Business Online Banking credentials. Please remember, TowneBank will never ask for your company ID, username, password, or other confidential information over text message, phone calls, or email.

Do not provide any information to unsolicited calls. Hang up and contact us directly at 844-638-6724.
