The Union Mission helps the most vulnerable in our community - those without a home facing life on the streets. Each day, the Mission's emergency shelter and life-saving rehabilitation programs provide safe shelter, hot meals, clean clothing, and a second chance to over 300 men, women, and children. TowneBank is proud to be their partner in the community.
“TowneBank was been very supportive of our capital campaign to build our new shelter, and we are very grateful for them,” said Linda Vaughan, Union Mission Ministries Executive Director.
The lobby of the new shelter was named the TowneBank Lobby. TowneBank employees also volunteer to help cook and serve meals at the shelter.
Linda Vaughan adds, “We’re so thankful for the investment that TowneBank is making in the community by helping us at the Union Mission to make a different in the lives of those who come to us in their time of need.”
