Based in Durham, North Carolina, GH Grinding and Brewing Solutions has been supplying coffee grinding and brewing equipment to North America, Canada, and Latin America since 2009. Founder Gary Horne, with the help of his banker, Scot McAlexander, has turned early dreams in a garage into a thriving business. Today, the company has grown to over $15 million in sales.
"I started in the coffee grinding business over 15 years ago. My vision sounded crazy, but my banker Scot brought it to reality. I had this dream about what I wanted to do. Banking comes down to relationships, and my real relationship is with Scot McAlexander and TowneBank," says Gary.
