Quicken® & Quickbooks® For Personal Online Banking
Village Bank Online Banking will transition to the TowneBank Personal Online Banking system on June 6, 2025. This will require changes to your Quickbooks or Quicken software to ensure a smooth transition.
The instructions below reference two "Action Dates". Please note these dates and the steps you need to take:
- Friday, June 6 - Perform a final transaction download before NOON
Perform a data file backup and final transaction download by 12:00 PM on June 6. This will ensure your final download is completed before the Village Bank Personal Online Banking system becomes unavailable at 12:00 PM that day. - Monday, June 9 - Activate Your Connection to TowneBank Online Banking
You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure your current Quicken or Quickbooks accounts are set up with the new connection.
Reactivation Instructions
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for 3-5 business days. You are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not be available during the outage:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
- Quickbooks Online Express Web Connect
- Mint
