A: Treasury Services are specialized products offered to business members to enhance and improve efficiencies for cash management, investments, and information reporting. The Treasury Sales team is comprised of professionals who can consult with business owners and managers on our cash management offerings.

A: Treasury Services allow businesses to streamline their day-to-day processes around receivables, payables, mitigating fraud, and maximizing interest on excess cash.

A: We had a member who missed the cutoff time for sending their payroll file. I received the call and with the help of our treasury support team was able to quickly offer a solution and process the file. The member’s employees were paid on time as a result.
Q: What is your favorite thing about what you do?
A: I love the partnerships I have with our bankers and our members.

A: I have learned to be creative and to think outside of the box when it comes to offering treasury management solutions to accommodate the needs of our various types of business relationships.
