R. Lee Clark

As Chief Operating Officer, Lee oversees bank operations, including deposit and loan operations, information technology and data governance, and project management. With three decades of experience in financial services, Lee joined the TowneBank family in 2006 as a senior business analyst and went on to leadership roles in loan administration and banking operations before assuming his former role as chief human resources officer in 2019. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Business Administration from the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University.
