In 2021, the Town of Cary made a significant investment in the Downtown Cary Park project. This project sparked growth in the area, leading to new breweries, restaurants, and living spaces. Moss Withers, president and principal of Lee & Associates, noticed this trend and saw an opportunity to support the growth of his community by building his company’s new regional headquarters in the heart of Downtown Cary. The new location sits at 100 Walnut Street across from the Cary Arts Center near the Cary Regional Library, overlooking the future Downtown Cary Park.
Downtown Cary Park is an extensive project sponsored by the Town of Cary that has brought new vibrancy to this area.

This thoughtfully designed space has unique glass features and architectural masonry that lends a contemporary look to this established area and provides TowneBank and Lee & Associates with a strategic location in the heart of town.
