Congratulations to Daniel Evans, loan officer with TowneBank Mortgage, for being named to this prestigious list! Daniel joined the Towne family initially as a member service representative in our bank branches and then as a banking officer in our Northeastern North Carolina market before moving to Wilmington to join the TowneBank Mortgage team as a loan officer. In just three short years, he has risen to the top of his field in Cape Fear.
In addition to his professional success, Daniel is committed to serving others and enriching lives in his community. He is an active volunteer and supporter of many organizations, including The First Tee Greater Wilmington, Port City Young Professionals, Mortgage Bankers Association, The United Way of Cape Fear, The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, and Jimmy’s Wrightsville Beach Bike Drive.
