LEAD Program at TowneBank
The LEAD Program is a three-year management development program at TowneBank built specifically for new talent to our organization. It provides the opportunity to learn about the foundations of financial services, as well as, leadership positions at TowneBank, immersed in our culture of caring. The program positions young professionals for future management roles and life-long career success. We believe that recruiting diverse talents with unique experiences inspires innovation and promotes success for the entire Towne family.

- Specialized enterprise support services such as technology, risk management, accounting, audit, and more!

As a LEAD Program Associate, you will be able to:
- Build professional networks
- Receive mentoring from previous program graduates and executives
- Participate in employee resource groups
- Engage with local community organizations

To meet all program prerequisites, applicants must:
- Acquire a completed bachelor's degree by August 2025
- Educational coursework required:
- Accounting: financial and managerial
- Economics
- Computer skills for business (spreadsheets, documents, presentations, etc.)
- Preferred additional coursework:
- Introduction to Finance
- Commercial Banking or Money and Banking
- Statistics
- Business Information Technology
- Marketing
- Authorization to work in US on a full-time basis without additional sponsorship
- Have participated in a university leadership or honors program
- Are active in their community
- Showcase initiative, have a great work ethic and leadership experience

The fall application deadline for the July 2025 class is October 18, 2024. First-round HR interviews will be held virtually in October and November. The second round of Executive Panel interviews will be held in person in December.
Spring application dates will be announced in 2025.
